Founded in 2022 by Spanish padel and tennis coach Borja Camacho, Padel Maestros brings a unique perspective to sports recruitment. Borja's journey from Barcelona to Amsterdam, combined with eight years of coaching experience, fuels our agency's passion and expertise.
In partnership with the renowned Horacio Álvarez Clementi, we offer top-tier training for our trainers. The HAC methodology, developed over 30 years, is globally recognized and has trained the largest number of coaches and schools internationally.
As a professional player, Horacio reached the world No. 1 ranking for four consecutive years. As a coach, he has mentored top players like Fernando Belasteguín and Agustín Tapia. Additionally, he has managed numerous clubs and established academies worldwide.
